Casework

Big Leaf Foundation now offers a casework service for displaced young people aged 16-25 living in Surrey - providing tailored advice and advocacy and helping young people to understand and access the services to which they are entitled.

Our caseworker will help them to access the support they need, be it welfare, legal, healthcare, education or recreation.

We aim to give information and independent advice to empower and support young people to make their own decisions and to advocate for themselves wherever possible.

How to access this service:
Young people can contact Louise directly on:
  • m: 07921 385227
  • e: casework@bigleaffoundation.org.uk

Or to refer a displaced young person for casework support, please complete our referral form.

We will prioritise young people who are not engaged with any other services, and those identified as most in need of support.

Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, all current casework will be conducted either over the phone or outdoors. Telephone interpreting is available if required.

With thanks to the Tresanton Trust for funding our casework provision.
